Brief Intro
This is actually not the first time that I’ve blogged. Way back in August 2022, I already created a website using Jekyll, but it didn’t go well and was soon forgotten. This year, 2026, I decided to start writing blogs again thanks to my friend zhdbk3. She gave me inspiration for the website.
Although the old one is deprecated, you can still access its repo at GitHub. It wasn’t well made because I wasn’t so good at programming at that time.
Anyway, for this blog I will be writing about how I am going to organize my website, what I will be writing about, and little facts about me.
Organizing The Website
As mentioned in the website’s index page, I am multilingual (specifically, I speak three languages: Chinese, English, and Japanese), which means posts might be in different languages. I will be mainly writing in English and sometimes Chinese. Japanese will be the least used language I will be writing in. Each post will be attached with tags of either en, cn, or ja so that you can filter a specific language in the /tags page.
fun fact: I was originally going to add a mermaid chart renderer to the website because I did so in my old website, but I thought it was not necessary so I ended up not adding it.
What to Write
I do not have a fixed topic to write about, but I will say this website is going to have a lot of posts about coding and programming, math, and AI. Besides those, I might also be writing about my life, my thoughts, and opinions (not political—I hate political stuff).
About Me
I was born in China, but at a very young age (I believe it was 5 or 6), I started speaking English, so English is like my second mother tongue. I started learning Japanese, on the other hand, only recently. I am terrible at writing (regardless of which language). I am bad at structuring my paragraphs. You might expect to see me struggling to explain something through text :( but that’s fine, I believe I can write just as well as she if I keep writing :3
